I hobbled into the small rickety elevator and pushed the button to go to the 3rd floor where physical therapy was located. I exited the elevator to see the room that I had come to know so well.

The physical therapist that I had been seeing was no longer there and I had to work with someone else.

The physical therapist told me he had some theories that he would like to try out if I was willing...they were revolutionary...even bizzare...and I agreed to be his guinea pig and follow his instructions to the letter. His whole sprained ankle rehab regimen was not normal.
