Just read an article about a sprained ankle diagnosis that cost $10,000.

What a joke!

There is no way that any medical professional can justify charging $10,000 for a sprained ankle unless surgery is involved and then its still pushing it.

Here’s a link to the news story that was posted in Pennsylvania.

$10,000 sprained ankle

You don’t have to spend that kind of money to get your ankle healed.

After you’ve been re-assured that you don’t have structural damage such as torn ligaments or a stress fracture, you can start rehab using a proven ankle rehab program such as the one that I offer.

Check out the details of the program here: Sprained Ankle Rehab Program

Any trip to the doctor can be an expensive one…even if you have insurance.

I recently came across a poor gentleman who spent more than $450 to get his ankle healed. He was hammered at the hospital by anyone who could fog a mirror and get a little piece of his insurance co-pays and deductible.

Here’s a link to his blog post. Its enlightening and scary how fast the charges add up…even when the medical professionals are all saying the same thing.

What’s frustrating is that this guy didn’t even get good advice on how to strengthen his ankle and rehab it properly. He was instructed to use the “resistance bands” which anyone who’s had more than one sprained ankle knows don’t work.

The fastrehab program is much more efficient and effective and can help you heal your sprained ankle in 5 days or less and for less than $60.

Take a look at it here: Sprained Ankle Rehab

If you’re looking for a doctor for sprained ankle then you’ve come to the right place.

As you might know, all doctors are not the same. Some are aggressive in their approach to getting you back in action and others are very cautious.

doctor for sprained ankle

So how do you find the doctors who are aggressive (but safe) in their approach to getting your sprained ankle healed quickly?

Actually its very simple.

All you have to do is find the team doctor that your local college uses when their athletes get injured.

Just get on google and search for following:

“college name + athletic trainer”

This should be obvious, but insert the name of the college nearest to you for “college name”.

If you don’t get any results, you can just call the athletic office at that college and ask to speak to their athletic trainer.

When you talk to him or her, tell them that you sprained your ankle and you were wondering who their teams use as their orthopedic doctor.

They don’t have any reason not to tell you.

Then simply check to make sure that doctor or someone in their group is approved for your insurance and make an appointment.

You can make sure that that doctor takes your insurance by giving their office a call and asking them.

Hope this gets you on the right track.

I just got a really neat e-mail from a lady named Nancie -
her son had injured his ankle playing basketball and he had
competitive baseball tryouts the next week.

She was frantic so she took a chance and ordered my ankle
rehab program.

Almost immediately she had questions so she sent me an e-mail.

Within a few hours I was able to get back to her.

When I saw that Nancie had a question, I gave
her the clarification that she needed.

To be honest, I forgot about her until I got her e-mail with
the subject line:

It really works!

Here’s a copy of what she said:

Dear Bret,

Just wanted to let you how successful the program was for my
son.

He is outside shooting hoops right now with absolutely no
problems and it has only been 7 days. He will certainly be
ready for baseball. Thanks again and I will highly recommend
your program to friends.

Even though I KNOW its possible to rehab a sprained ankle in
7 days or less, its still great to hear how I’m helping
people get better fast.

And unless you have a torn ligament or a stress fracture, you
can get back to your life fast too.

So don’t buy into the junk that almost everybody believes…
that it takes 4-6 weeks to get your ankle healed.

That’s for people who are willing to sit back and watch their
life pass them by and that is definitely not you.

You’re proactive and willing to try something new and
revolutionary or you wouldn’t have signed up for my tips.

Whatever you believe is possible can happen. But if you don’t
believe something’s possible, you eliminate any chance of it
happening.

If you are committed and you don’t have structural damage you can
get healed in less than 7 days, but you have to believe you can.

How many stories have you read or seen on TV about someone who was
told by medical doctors that they:

only had weeks or months to live
would never walk again
had no chance to live a normal life

and yet you are watching the story about them because despite all
the opinions of “experts” they overcame their adversity.

You can too.

Here’s a video I just put together that explains in
detail the critical principles of rehabbing a sprained ankle.

If you’re serious about getting your ankle healed as fast as
possible, you can get the same program that I used in college and
that thousands of people have used to rehab their ankles.

Here’s where you can get it: http://www.fastrehab.com
