doctor for sprained ankle

If you’re looking for a doctor for sprained ankle then you’ve come to the right place.

As you might know, all doctors are not the same. Some are aggressive in their approach to getting you back in action and others are very cautious.

doctor for sprained ankle

So how do you find the doctors who are aggressive (but safe) in their approach to getting your sprained ankle healed quickly?

Actually its very simple.

All you have to do is find the team doctor that your local college uses when their athletes get injured.

Just get on google and search for following:

“college name + athletic trainer”

This should be obvious, but insert the name of the college nearest to you for “college name”.

If you don’t get any results, you can just call the athletic office at that college and ask to speak to their athletic trainer.

When you talk to him or her, tell them that you sprained your ankle and you were wondering who their teams use as their orthopedic doctor.

They don’t have any reason not to tell you.

Then simply check to make sure that doctor or someone in their group is approved for your insurance and make an appointment.

You can make sure that that doctor takes your insurance by giving their office a call and asking them.

Hope this gets you on the right track.

Her son injured his ankle playing basketball

I just got a really neat e-mail from a lady named Nancie –
her son had injured his ankle playing basketball and he had
competitive baseball tryouts the next week.

She was frantic so she took a chance and ordered my ankle
rehab program.

Almost immediately she had questions so she sent me an e-mail.

Within a few hours I was able to get back to her.

When I saw that Nancie had a question, I gave
her the clarification that she needed.

To be honest, I forgot about her until I got her e-mail with
the subject line:

It really works!

Here’s a copy of what she said:

To: [email protected]
Fr: Nancie Pyne ([email protected]******.***)

Dear Bret,

Just wanted to let you how successful the program was for my

He is outside shooting hoops right now with absolutely no
problems and it has only been 7 days. He will certainly be
ready for baseball. Thanks again and I will highly recommend
your program to friends.

Even though I KNOW its possible to rehab a sprained ankle in
7 days or less, its still great to hear how I’m helping
people get better fast.

And unless you have a torn ligament or a stress fracture, you
can get back to your life fast too.

So don’t buy into the junk that almost everybody believes…
that it takes 4-6 weeks to get your ankle healed.

That’s for people who are willing to sit back and watch their
life pass them by and that is definitely not you.

You’re proactive and willing to try something new and
revolutionary or you wouldn’t have signed up for my tips.

Whatever you believe is possible can happen. But if you don’t
believe something’s possible, you eliminate any chance of it

If you are committed and you don’t have structural damage you can
get healed in less than 7 days, but you have to believe you can.

How many stories have you read or seen on TV about someone who was
told by medical doctors that they:

only had weeks or months to live
would never walk again
had no chance to live a normal life

and yet you are watching the story about them because despite all
the opinions of “experts” they overcame their adversity.

You can too.

Here’s a video I just put together that explains in
detail the critical principles of rehabbing a sprained ankle.

Ankle Rehab Video

If you’re serious about getting your ankle healed as fast as
possible, you can get the same program that I used in college and
that thousands of people have used to rehab their ankles.

Here’s where you can get it:

Wobble Board

The wobble board is the most critical piece of rehab equipment that you can have in your arsenal.

With proper use, it can replace 4-6 other exercises typically prescribed to rehab sprained ankles.

You get results fast…and that’s critical to following through on completely rehabbing your ankle.

I have never offered a wobble board for sale before, but have decided to make one available to visitors of our site at significantly discounted price compared to similar boards offered on Amazon and other sites.

(I’m only doing this for a short period of time as a market test and to see how much of a hassle it is to make and ship them, so act quickly!)

I’ve had the same wobble board for over 20 years and it is in great condition. The problem is that its expensive to buy from Sports Authority, Dicks Sporting Goods or even from Amazon.

So I’ve decided to start making them myself in the United States so that I can control the quality and start a return of manufacturing to our country.

Wobble Board Specifications

The wobble board that I’m offering is made out of 3/4″ thick cabinet grade birch plywood. The ball is 3″ in diameter and made from American hardwood. There is no plastic that can rot and crack on this board. It will truly last a lifetime.

The board is a little more than 14″ in diameter. It doesn’t need to be any larger than that.

( I have size 17 feet and don’t have a problem getting both feet on it to do the exercises. If you have larger feet than that, let me know and I will make a custom board just for you)

At this time I’m only offering a carpet covered board, but may offer different options in the future.

It is made to the exact specifications of the wobble board I’ve had for years, so you know it will give you the results you want for a long time.

The price for the wobble board is $35.00 plus shipping and handling to your address.

I’m estimating that shipping will be $12.50 anywhere in the lower 48 states.

Contact me for shipping costs anywhere else.

Vendors on Amazon charge $42.95 + S&H for lower quality Chinese made boards made from 1/2″ thick plywood with plastic balls that break. You can check them out for yourself right here: Wobble Board on Amazon

Inversion Ankle Sprain

Inversion ankle sprains are the most common ankle injury.

They occur when you step on an uneven surface on the inside of your foot and your foot rolls toward the inside of your body.

Here’s a picture so you’ll understand:

Inversion Ankle Sprain

Your ankle may pop and then you have instant, excruciating pain running up your leg.

Just because your ankle popped doesn’t mean that something is broken.

Most broken ankles come from an eversion sprain.

Not moving and holding your ankle tightly is a common response.

Some people experience a lot of swelling, others not so much.

The swelling usually occurs on the outside of the ankle near the ankle bone and its not unusual for the swelling and bruising to move to the toes.

It all depends on how bad the injury is.

Now you know that your ankle injury is probably not that bad.

So what do you do now to get back to your life?
