Ok, You think you have an eversion sprain because you believe your foot rolled to the outside of your body.
Eversion sprains normally result in fractures or structural damage because there is not much movement that can occur before ligaments and bones stop the movement.
I suggest that you schedule an appointment with an orthopedic doctor as soon as possible to be safe before starting any rehab. The longer you wait to see a doctor, the longer it will take you to get on the path to recovery.
I don’t recommend doing anything until you get solid medical advice, direction and confirmation that you don’t have structural damage.
If you start a rehab program with structural damage you will make things worse. Don’t do it.
Once you are released to start rehab, my rehab program is the best way to completely and automatically get your ankle back in the best shape that it has ever been.
So get to a doctor and once he tells you that everything is ok and you can start rehab, come back and see me. I will help you get back as fast as possible with my comprehensive ankle rehab program.
