Ok, you think you have an inversion sprain because you believe that your foot rolled to the inside of your body.
The good news is that this is one of the most common sprains and usually doesn’t involve fractures or torn ligaments.
Most sprains of this type hurt like crazy, but can be rehabbed quickly if you know how.
I can’t stress it enough that if you haven’t had a sprained ankle before or even if you have and you haven’t been to a doctor to confirm you don’t have structural damage that you need to do that before starting any sprained ankle rehab program.
If you have torn ligaments or a fracture, starting rehab before the damage has healed will make things worse.
My goal is to give you some solid information that you can use to make an informed decision about what to do next.
When you go to see a doctor and he releases you to start rehab, then you should consider the rehab program that I’ve been using for years.
